In November 2021, ICAO dangerous Goods Group proposed in the meeting: considering reducing the risk of transportation of lithium batteries, it is suggested to add 30% limit of SOC to the parts of packaging instructions PI967, PI966, PI974, PI910 and other parts of lithium batteries transported in accordance with UN 3481 and UN3171.
