Background:

The latest version of Manual of Tests and Criteria (UN38.3) Rev.7 and Amend.1 has been made by the United Nations Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, and published officially. The amendments are reflected on the table below. The standard is revised every other year, and the adoption of new version depends on the requirement of each country.

Comments on this Amendment:

The revision in this Amendment is not related to any test. Only Clause 38.3.5 (j) will have few influences, as the responsible person’s name and title will be required.
