What is GOST-R Declaration?

GOST-R Declaration is a document stating compliance with Russia safety regulation. Since 1995 when Russia issues Law of Products Certification Service, Russia started compulsory certification scheme. Products of mandatory certification should mark with GOST logo.

A DoC is a way of mandatory certification. The declaration is based on test report and quality management system. In addition, the holder of DoC should be a Russia entity.
